Registration

To register please use the form provided online at http://www.lasercongress.org. Once you have signed up you will receive a confirmation of participation as well as your invoice, which can be settled either by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or by bank transfer.
The deadline for registration is April 25, 2014

Participation Conditions

The registration fee includes conference proceedings, lunch or light refreshments, coffee breaks on the booked conference day, the participation at the Get-Together on May 8, 2014 at Schloss Rahe as well as the shuttle service to the Live Presentations of the Fraunhofer ILT.

Registration On-site

You will receive your conference badge and relevant documents when you register on the day. Please wear your conference badge throughout the conference and evening events.

Cancellations

Cancellations of participation must be submitted in writing. Those who cancel by March 31, 2014 will be reimbursed the attendance fee minus an administration charge of 60 euros. Cancellations after this date will incur the full attendance fee. Should this happen you will be sent a summary of the conference proceedings. We are also happy to accept somebody in your place.

At this event pictures will be taken. With your participation in the event you give your consent for the distribution of the pictures within the framework of public relations. This consent can be revoked at any time.
